Assistant Principal

Greetings,

My name is Madeline Baez, and I am proud to serve as your Assistant Principal. With 26 years of experience in the educational field, I remain deeply committed to fostering an environment where every student feels safe, supported, and inspired to learn. 

In my role, I work closely with students, staff, and families to support academic success, uphold school policies, and maintain a positive and inclusive school culture. I also focus on building strong relationships, promoting consistent discipline with compassion, coordinating safety protocols, and supporting teachers in delivering high-quality instruction. 

Above all, my priorities are clear: ensuring that all students are safe, learning, and happy. I believe that when students feel secure and valued, they thrive academically and socially. I'm excited to partner with each of you to ensure that Rhodes Academy Elementary School continues to be a place where every child can succeed and feel proud to belong.
